Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TB Oracle ("the Service"), a clan analytics and chest-tracking platform for Total Battle. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

TB Oracle provides dashboards, automated scanning, and reporting tools for Total Battle clan leaders and officers. Features may change as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perfect accuracy of game data derived from third-party sources.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Clan access is granted through invitations or roles assigned by your clan's leaders. You must provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of Total Battle's terms or applicable law
• Attempt to access clans or data you are not authorized to view
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Share tracker credentials or utility-account access in ways that compromise security

4. Game data and third parties

TB Oracle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Total Battle or its publishers. Game data is collected through permitted in-game interfaces and utility accounts you configure. We are not responsible for changes to the game that affect scanning or reporting.

5. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans, trials, and billing terms are described on our marketing pages and may be updated with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in reduced features or suspension.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
