Multi-clan

A practical multi-clan management playbook for Total Battle alliances

Organize several Total Battle clans with separate workspaces, shared leadership habits, clear access, event cadence, and reliable handoffs.

An alliance becomes difficult when each clan has a different spreadsheet, a different reset routine, and one leader who carries every password. Multi-clan management starts with separate data boundaries and shared operating habits.

Keep each clan complete

Each clan needs its own tracker connection, roster, roles, goals, events, and public leaderboard. Combining raw data too early makes access and accountability harder to explain.

Standardize the review rhythm

Use the same weekly review across clans: scan health, chest pace, RSS contributions, tournament trends, roster changes, and the next event window. Leaders can compare the process without pretending every clan needs the same target.

Give local leaders real authority

Assign Superiors inside the clan they operate. The alliance leader can switch between workspaces, while local leaders keep enough access to act without waiting for one central account.

Expand without rebuilding

Start with the included clan capacity and add more as the alliance grows. Preserve each workspace, then increase the leader's account cap instead of moving data into a new system.
