Clan leadership

A Total Battle clan management system that does not become another job

Build a manageable Total Battle leadership routine around chest activity, RSS contributions, tournaments, roster movement, and clear follow-up.

More reports do not automatically create better leadership. A workable clan system reduces recurring arguments, makes expectations visible, and points Superiors toward the few conversations that need attention.

Choose a small weekly operating rhythm

Use the same sequence every week: check collection health, review chest and RSS pace, scan tournament participation, note roster movement, and publish the next event call.

Consistency matters more than adding another spreadsheet. Members learn where the record lives and what leaders will review.

Separate visibility from authority

Leaders need billing, tracker, access, and recovery controls. Superiors need operational reports and planning tools. Members need their own progress and a clear public or signed-in view.

A role model keeps the system useful without turning every helper into an administrator.

Coach from trends

One low week can be noise. A repeated decline across chest activity, RSS contributions, and event participation is a pattern worth discussing.

Tournament trends also show when a member contributed. A final score cannot tell you whether the push happened early, late, or only after a reminder.

Protect continuity

Document the tracker account, keep exports, review scan failures, and use backups. If leadership changes, the clan record should transfer through roles and access rather than a private spreadsheet on one person's device.
